Our Pilates Lab is located in Athens, Georgia and we use the Pilates method to help you create functional movement. The Pilates method, developed by Joseph H. Pilates, uses flow, movement, control, breathing, precision, stability, concentration, and opposition to strengthen and lengthen the body. Our Pilates Lab uses a variety of equipment to help you improve flexibility, mobility energy, and posture. Our classes cater to a range of fitness levels and are adaptable.
